It’s finals season. The season of all nighters, coffee induced ulcers, and to-go dinners in the library.
For Celiacs it is vital to have finals-friendly, quick meals on hand in your apartment and back pack.
Here are some of my favorites for the busy season:
Progresso soups, they have 17 different gluten free options!
Trader Joe’s has a bunch of gluten free options, including Thai Spring Onion Soup, and their baked cheese crunchies
Amy’s offers microwavable meals and soups. I recommend the chunky tomato bisque, the rice mac and cheese, and the cheesy enchiladas!
And for a healthier finals week, try keeping a banana or apple in your bag for a quick snack.
