Bionaturae’s Organic Gluten Free Pasta  and  Quinoa Corporations Ancient Harvest line are my top choices for gluten free pasta. They are widely available, and are far superior to their brown rice pasta competitors.

The Bionaturae organic gluten free pasta is made with potato and soy, and the Quinoa Corp. Ancient Harvest line is made with organic quinoa. I suggest potato, soy, and quinoa based substitutes because these grains give the gluten free pasta an authentic texture that holds up well in a hot sauce.

Brown rice pasta tends to be very mushy and slimy, and falls apart easily when it is re-heated in the microwave or on the stove. Corn pasta tends to have similar issues to rice pasta, and is also less flexible than rice pasta.
