Pissa-stachio Brownies – Wicked good!

Pistachio Brownies:

This is a recipe from back in my flour eating days – but, luckily, it is one of the only recipes I have that is just as delicious using rice flour!


  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1tsp baking
  • 1.5 cups rice flour
  • 1 package of Instant pistachio pudding
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1.5 cup of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Mix oil sugar and egg together first, then add the remaining ingredients – it will have a very chewy gooey consistency.

Grease and (rice) flour a 13×9 inch pan

350 degrees

Metal pan: 20-25 minutes
Glass pan: 15-20 minutes
